OTP card payments failing during 3D Secure Authentication

We are currently experiencing an issue where payments made with cards issued by OTP Bank are failing during the 3D Secure authentication step.

Please note that this issue only affects OTP-issued cards. Payments with cards from other banks and alternative payment methods are functioning normally.

We are actively investigating the issue and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
